Best Homes was set up in Abuja, Nigeria in the year 2008 as an offshoot of Ess-Y Construction Nigeria Limited which has been actively engaged in building construction since 1992.

Best Homes has been specifically set up to design and build housing estates that meet the needs of the various segments of the housing market and also to provide quality residential homes for our clients using our intense exposure and experience in the industry.

We firmly believe that the home is the castle of its owner and its functional spatial arrangement, critical as it is, is rivalled in importance by the micro-environment created around it.

Our edge is that we are able to create a pleasing micro-environment, be it around a single plot or within an estate, irrespective of whether the neighbourhood at large is not visually pleasing.
