Rustik Estate Kuje is the creative solution of Besthomes to the huge aﬀordable housing deﬁcit in Nigeria. Besthomes Constructions Ltd ( RC 183489), formerly known as Ess-Y Construction Nig. Ltd has been actively engaged in the building design and construction industry in Nigeria for over 25 years now.

We delivered projects like Alpha Estate Wuye, Shakir Plaza, Command Guest Houses in Abuja and Kaduna, Mosque and Church at the Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN), Dutse, Abuja, numerous shopping complexes and residential houses in Abuja and Kaduna.

Rustik Estate is the culmination of all our years of experience put together to deliver a solution to the aﬀordable housing problem. Rustik Estate has fully resolved how to successfully deliver homes that will be :

GENERAL OVERVIEW

Rustik Estate is located at Bamishi II Extention, Kuje, Abuja and is spread over 8 hectares of land which is about a 20 minute drive from both Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport and Abuja Central Business District respectively.

The Estate consists of 42 blocks of ﬂats. Some blocks are in pairs while others stand alone. Each block is 3 stories high in order to reduce the cost of infrastructure per ﬂat. There are 440 nos. of 2 bedroom ﬂats and 176 nos. of 3 bedroom ﬂats making a total of 616 ﬂats on the property.

Also provided for are tarred roads, ample car parks, walkways, shopping facilities, a school, generous landscaping, childrens' playgrounds , sporting facilities, parks, underground drainage, water boreholes and electricity transformers .
