Alpha Estate

This is the maiden Housing Estate of Best Homes. It consists of 34 nos. terrace houses within a gated community located at plot 962 Wuye District, Abuja (see Project Summary for details). The layout of the estate was carefully thought out to create a relaxed and pleasing environment.

The individual houses were designed to anticipate the functional needs of the users for efficient living.

There is extensive provision of landscaping at both the front and back of each house, the children’s play ground and community parks.
